Consultation for Germany |
Consultation include a Domain search (D) and a Company Name Search (D)
There are two stages to a company name search:
- Identity search
- Similarity search
First, by means of an identity search, the Trademark Conquerors check for any identical marks. Then you will receive a listing of the search results.
At the second stage, a similarity search is conducted, aimed at finding similar company names. Upon completion you will receive:
- a listing of the search results
- a listing of all searching steps
- legal evaluation of the search results
- an outcome of the search
The number of domain names - for Internet sites - has increased exponentially over the last years. The domain name has become a critical business asset - hardly any company can do without an Internet site in the era of e-commerce. It is therefore not surprising that web pages with similar names or even identical names with different extensions, so-called TLDs, (.com, .de, .org) are being registered everyday. Domain names are an integral part of each company’s competitive strategies. By having a domain search carried out, you can not only avoid infringing someone else’s trademark rights, but also safeguard your own trade mark.
Identity and similarity search
Trademark Conquerors check for you both identical and similar domain names.
